Product supply: one lot, sampled first
The plainest way to buy from us. You name the material, grade, quantity and destination. We tell you what lot we can offer, send you a sample of it, and ship it once the terms are agreed.

How one order runs
You send an RFQ
Material, grade, quantity and destination are enough. Attach your specification sheet if you have one.
We reply with what is available
Usually within one working day, by email or WhatsApp. If we cannot supply what you asked for, we say so.
We send a sample and photographs of the lot
The sample is drawn from the lot we are offering, so that what you approve is what is shipped.
You approve, and we agree terms
The contract fixes grade, quantity, price, delivery term and payment. Until you sign it you have ordered nothing, and nothing ships before terms are agreed.
We pack, document and ship
Bags are marked with the lot number. The export papers are made out to the same numbers and weights.
You receive the goods and the file
Invoice, packing list, lot list and certificates. Your contact in Canada stays your contact after arrival.
These steps are your side of the order. See every stage a lot passes through, with who is responsible and what goes on file.

Origin on customs records Tariff preference lists name Somalia, not Somaliland, so expect the origin to be recorded as Somalia (SO).89 Ask your broker how to declare it before the first shipment.
Who issues each paper, and when you receive it, is set out on How it works.
If something is wrong
The written specification and the sample you approved are the reference for the order. If what arrives does not match them, tell your contact in Canada, with photographs and the lot number from the bags.
How a claim is handled is written into the contract before anything ships: how long you have to report after arrival, what counts as the reference, the weight tolerance and the remedy. Ask for those terms with the quotation, and read them before you sign.
Questions
- When am I committed?
When you sign the contract, after you have seen the sample and the photographs of the lot. An RFQ commits you to nothing.
- Which delivery terms do you offer?
FOB Berbera as standard, CIF to your port on request, and air freight for small, urgent lots. A first lot can be much smaller than a container load: tell us the quantity and destination, and the quotation says how it can move and under which term.
- What are the payment terms?
Bank transfer or letter of credit, as agreed in the contract. The quotation names the entity you contract with and the account you pay. If you want a letter of credit, ask your own bank first whether it will open one for this trade.
- Why are prices not on the site?
Because the price belongs to a lot: its type, grade, quantity and season. We quote per kilogram for a named lot and say how long the quotation holds.
Tell us the material, grade, quantity and destination.
