Questions

Who can request a sample?

Businesses that buy or might buy by the lot: distillers, fragrance and incense makers, ingredient companies, importers and distributors. Samples are not sent for personal use.

How closely does a sample represent the lot?

It is drawn from the lot on offer, so it shows the grade you would receive. Resin is a natural material and no two handfuls are identical; if a property matters to you, tell us which and how you will measure it.
