3 Documents and tests

Every shipment comes with the commercial invoice, packing list, lot list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate. Tick what you need in addition.

A questionnaire, an audit or a certificate your approval process needs. We hold no third-party certification, so tell us early if one is required.

Attach your specification or RFQ document if you have one. PDF, Word, Excel or an image, up to 8 MB.

Limits on moisture or foreign matter, piece size, marks on the bags, a target price.

Questions

Does sending an RFQ commit me to anything?: No. You have ordered nothing until you sign a contract, after you have seen a sample of the lot.
Is my enquiry confidential?: Your details are used to answer your RFQ and for nothing else. The privacy page says where the form data goes and how long it is kept.
Can I ask for a sample without an RFQ?: Yes. If you want to test material before talking about price, request a sample.
