Questions

Are you the seller, or an agent?

For product supply and supply programmes we are the seller: we buy the resin, prepare it, and sell it to you under a contract. In origin operations we act for you, under a scope and a fee agreed for the engagement.

What is the difference between product supply and a supply programme?

Product supply is one order: you ask, we quote for a lot, you approve the sample, we ship. A programme agrees the specification, the expected volume and the shipment dates for a season or a year in advance, so that we can plan the buying around the harvest and you can plan production around the deliveries.

Can you work to our own specification and quality protocol?

Send it with your RFQ. We tell you which parts we can meet as written, which need an outside laboratory, and which we cannot meet.

Which countries do you ship to?

We publish no list of destinations. Tell us yours in the RFQ and we will say whether we can quote it. Under our standard term, FOB Berbera, the goods go to the port your forwarder names, subject to export and import rules. CIF to your port is quoted on request.

How do we start?

With one lot. Send an RFQ, test the sample, and place a small first order. If the material and the service suit you, a programme is the next conversation.
